Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and within 45 days of the purchase date to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Traeger Support team via phone or our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
